 Of course lovemaking means sex, doesn't it? Yes, but it's so much more.

The sexual side of marriage is closely linked with the emotional and personal elements in the relationship. What the married couple have to achieve is a relationship that expresses, sustains, and renews their deepest and most tender feelings for each other.

Most of us want to be loved and appreciated, but how that translates into everyday life together depends on how secure we feel about ourselves and how much we understand what our mate needs from us.
